Hannover Messe has been going for 60 years and is now the largest Industry 4.0 showcase and meeting point for the best companies and professionals in the industrial sector. Every year the fair offers the latest products, innovations and breakthroughs. The event includes eight important fairs that are held all in one place and it enables the interaction between and integration of several different industries and application scopes.
TECNALIA will be there at the Basque Government's stand (Hall 27 Stand F17), where there will be an area for the equipment developed by Basque technology centres. This time, as part of our Industry 4.0 strategy, we will present several solutions: VIXION, a cloud-based monitoring system that records and analyses data automatically, enables the identification of machine behaviour and anticipates possible problems and improves their productivity; a titanium structural part for the aeronautical sector, developed by means of additive manufacturing, specifically with WAAM technology together with ADDILAN; and an advanced robotic remote handling system using a robotic arm with a claw to handle objects in dangerous environments, or that require high precision in environments that are dangerous for people, in space, chemical and nuclear facilities, or for surgery.
