In line with our commitment to foster a healthier society, we are researching and developing natural and innovative ingredients for the food industry
From 8th to 11th May, we participated in the FoodTech fair in the city of Barcelona, more specifically in the Tecno Ingredientes show, where we had the opportunity to present our latest developments related to patented ingredients for their transfer to the food industry.
In this way, and in line with our objective to foster a healthier society, we offer industry our know-how and our research capacity in the field of natural ingredients and the development of more balanced and functional food.
Within the framework of FoodTech, we organised a conference under the name of “Innovative ingredients to foster a healthier society”. At this event, relevant companies shared their experience in R&D and the challenges they face, the advantages of counting on the support of research centres, success stories, etc.
TECNALIA is committed to the future and to society, and as part of is activity in the field of Health, one of its objectives is to respond to one of the greatest challenges of the future: improve people's quality. At FoodTech, we bring our knowledge in the field of food to the food industry and in general, our work is to accompany companies in their research, development and innovation activities; ranging from the identification of natural sources in order to obtain active compounds, to the formulation of food, as well as the development of ingredients and their validation.
