Asier Rufino, CEO of TECNALIA Ventures, TECNALIA's Deep Tech Venture Builder, is taking part in the 12th edition of the High Level Forum Summit 2023, an annual summit celebrating its 12th edition. This year's main theme is "how the restructuring of the global supply chain impacts innovation ecosystems."
