The First Smart Grids Congress will be the place to share the keys to the energy transition and learn about the latest technological advances in the electricity grid.
The Instituto Tecnológico de la Energía (ITE) and the Technological Centre CIRCE, alongside FutuRed, organise the first edition of the Smart Grids Congress.
The aim of this event is to showcase the latest developments in technologies and solutions for the electricity grid, to promote international connections and to foster contacts between agents in the electricity grid ecosystem in connection with users.
TECNALIA’s participation
Amaia González Garrido and Andrés Felipe Cortés Borray, Researchers in Energy Networks and Systems at TECNALIA, will participate with two interventions:
- At the panel on “Adapting networks to new business models.”
- And on the other hand, with the presentation of the OPF algorithm for minimising grid losses and the early resolution of congestion through the dispatch of low-voltage energy resources.
