Mindfoodland launches the initiative aimed at the development of new natural products in snack format for the sale of healthy food. They are based on a raw vegan diet, ready to eat and available in vending machines. TECNALIA joins this challenge as part of its commitment to a more balanced and sustainable diet.
In the presentation, we will introduce the portfolio of products based on vegetable raw materials which are being developed for vending machines: they offer a nutritionally appropriate, attractive and healthy alternative compared with current products, such as crisps, industrial pastries, pre-cooked food, etc.
We will enjoy the presence of the mindfoodland promoters, responsible for the initial developments in the commercial phase, and the heads of the TECNALIA Healthy Food Area, who will offer their scientific-technological knowledge.
In addition to chatting about a balanced and conscious diet, we will offer those present a sampling of some of these products.
