On 9th July, our colleague, Nerea Anacabe, member of the EUROSTARS IEP, will participate in the third session of the proposal preparation workshop for the EUROSTARS CoD14 call, which closes on 3rd September.
As part of the EUROSTARS proposal evaluation process, projects which have overcome the technical and financial expert assessment threshold are reviewed again jointly by an independent expert panel (IEP).
The panel meets digitally at the Eureka Secretariat in Brussels to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of each application in accordance with the established criteria. It is made up of a President and internationally renowned experts in their field and is responsible for drawing up a ranking of the applications from the highest to the least evaluated. This must be approved by the EUREKA-EUROSTARS Secretariat for subsequent national funding.
