Technical Inspection of Buildings (ITE in Spain) has become the catalyst for preventive projects for the improvement and maintenance of buildings, whilst ensuring their security, accessibility and energy efficiency.
The conference will focus on ITE as well as on urban rehabilitation, regeneration and renewal, and will also analyse the urban regeneration model carried out in Burgos as an example of success and leadership.
Around 400 experts will discuss technical inspections on buildings and on urban renovation, regeneration and renewal. One of these experts is our colleague Patricia Molina who will speak at the conference on 23 May, in “Workshop 2: Best Practices in Urban Renewal” with a presentation entitled "Integrated Urban Regeneration Plans in Smart Cities”. This presentation will show local authorities how to develop sustainable and integrated urban regeneration plans, and how to implement Smart City / Region strategies that meet local needs.
This workshop is aimed at construction professionals and agents who wish to know more about the features of various neighbourhood renovation projects carried out in Spain, and their regeneration processes.
