Robotics, moulds and dies, plastics, and new materials will join 3D printing for the third edition of IN(3D)USTRY From Needs to Solutions. The aim of the event is to promote the use of this technology across the entire industry.
This year has included new sectors as potential future users of additive manufacturing: advanced manufacturing, moulds and dies, new materials, plastics, and 3D printing. Productive techniques that complement additive manufacturing will join these new sectors in order to showcase the entire production and value chain.
The event is structured around the IN(3D)USTRY Arena, an area with a stage where representatives of different companies can share their experiences applying 3D printing to their production processes. Companies from the aeronautics, healthcare, industrial, automotive and retail sectors will be present.
There will also be an exhibition area to display a whole array of parts manufactured using this innovative technology: several manufacturers will exhibit their latest innovations related to state-of-the-art printers.
The event forms part of the Barcelona Industry Week, bringing together numerous collectives over three days, and where we are taking part as a strategic partner. Three major events will take place: HEALTHIO, IN(3D)USTRY From Needs to Solutions and IOT Solutions World Congress with the aim of taking a global view of the 4th industrial revolution, so that we can start to see the future of the industry as a reality.
