We will be presenting our technological solutions applied to additive manufacturing in various industrial contexts at Basque Industry 4.0
These solutions will be displayed with the help of a high productivity cell using WAAM (Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing) technology: which makes it possible to manufacture larger parts while using less raw materials and with shorter manufacturing times.
The cell is comprised of robots and various implemented monitoring systems. They digitalise and control manufacturing in real time, and store all process data in a cloud set up for these operations.
- Greater flexibility when it comes to manufacturing parts: the robots work on the same part or on different work areas.
- Manufacturing with zero defects thanks to the robot control systems.
- Data storage which optimises manufacturing paths and adapts the processes.
Our experts will give lectures in three of the technological classrooms:
Technological Classroom 1. Sensors 11:30h - 13:30h
- Smart self-powered sensors: the concept of energy harvesting. Dr. Nieves Murillo.
- Virtual sensors: infer the undetectable and secure the unstable. Izaskun Mendia.
Technological Classroom 2. Artificial intelligence 11:30h - 13:30h
