WHY DOES MY PRODUCT FAIL?
Application of material and component Failure Analysis solutions in the industry in general
The aim of this workshop is to introduce the research methodology and root cause failure analysis used through practical case studies that are applied to various industrial sectors: automotive, railways, aeronautics, manufacturing, insurance, infrastructure, petrochemical, etc.
Failure analysis is a process that consists of collecting and analysing data and evidence. It also leads to determining corrective actions, assessing the existing risk, and assigning responsibilities. It is considered a fundamental tool for the development of new products and for the improvement of existing ones.
TECNALIA has been analysing and testing metallic, plastic and composite materials, ceramic materials, glass, wood, coatings and paints for over 60 years.
We work on shafts, bearings, gears, heat exchangers, pipelines, furnace conduits, bolts, valves, turbine components, reactors, welded structures/components, transmission systems… among other products, components and systems.
WHO IS IT AIMED AT?
This free technical seminar is aimed at all component and capital goods manufacturing companies; companies in the automotive, aerospace, railway and robotics sectors; engineering firms, technical experts, insurance companies; people responsible for designing, manufacturing and operating/maintaining systems and components; Reliability and Maintenance Managers, Quality Managers, Technical Offices, and Risk Managers.
