TECNALIA took part in Cluster Eguna 2022, a benchmark event for the entire Basque food value chain, organised by the Basque Food Cluster
Cluster Eguna is a meeting point for companies in the food sector that aims to generate synergies between them. It returned as an in-person event where companies’ products and services will be showcased.
TECNALIA presented its latest agri-food innovations
- TECNALIA’s stand was located in an area within the Basque food sector’s innovation space. TECNALIA will present six case stories related to the development of ingredients and food for neuroprotection and new alternative sources of protein.
- It will also be possible to find out more about the knowledge and technology that TECNALIA offers agri-food companies to obtain ingredients and innovative food that is adapted to the needs of the consumer in order to achieve a personalised diet.
At our stand visitors were able to sample TECNALIA’s healthy biscuits made with Araba quality mark flour, turmeric and ginger, as well as other healthy ingredients, and jams with no added sugar, sweetened with yacon root, an Andean tuber that has many health properties. Both developments have been carried out in conjunction with Bizkarra bakeries and pastry shops.
