On 6, 7, and 8 November, at our headquarters in Madrid, we are holding a training course on the 2.0 version of the CMMI model Both versions of the CMMI models, 2.0 and 1.3, will coexist until March 2020. From April 2020 onwards, only CMMI assessments carried out with the 2.0 version will be accepted.

What do I get for completing the training?
- A certificate of attendance and achievement
- Access to the exam to gain the personal CMMI Associate certificate (which is required in order to be part of a formal CMMI V2.0 assessment team)
- The CMMI Associate certificate once the exam is passed successfully
- The training prerequisite to be a member of the CMMI-DEV V2.0 assessment team
- The training prerequisite for any advanced CMMI-DEV V2.0 course
What do I need to successfully complete the course?
- All participants need to actively take part due to the nature of the courses, which are made up presentations and exercises. Participants should not miss any session.
- Participants will have to access the CMMI model online, so they will need a laptop or tablet each.
- Prerequisites:
- There are no prerequisites for the “Foundations of Capability” course (6 and 7 November)
- In order to attend the “Building Development Excellence” course (8 November), participants must complete the “Foundations of Capability” course (or the CMMI V2.0 Upgrade training course) beforehand.

The training is made up of presentations, exercises, and shared experiences on various aspects, where active participation is required. The content is structured as follows:

The course is delivered in Spanish. The documentation provided will be the official documentation from the CMMI Institute which is in English.
