TECNALIA has launched ORAINN, an initiative that offers Basque SMEs a Head of Innovation who would work with companies part time and would be in charge of establishing an innovation management model adapted to the company's needs, capabilities and resources, in order to boost its technological innovation thanks to the knowledge and experience of experts in the sector.
This person would get involved in the everyday life of the SME and would work in partnership with the company's team to meet current innovation needs and face future challenges, in order to make the company more competitive.
Functions:
- To implement and systematise a result-oriented innovation model that adapts to SMEs
- To boost the technological side of innovation projects
- To create or, if necessary, strengthen a way of working that generates ideas based on internal and external sources of information.
- To help prioritise innovation projects to be developed in the company.
- To support the development of innovation projects that are started up.
- To generate or, if necessary, strengthen the company's innovation culture.
Companies would benefit from the systematisation of innovation, the identification of innovation projects and the achievement of financial return thanks to the innovation that is carried out. This initiative is aimed at companies with up to 150 employees.
To help companies get to know about it we've organised a workshop on 28 November at 9.30am at SEA headquarters. The managers of TECNALIA’s SME Office will tell companies all about it and will answer questions.
TECNALIA wants to help companies develop and carry out continuous innovation.
