Technological conference (I): Data Visualisation Tools for Business Intelligence
This conference aims to boost the adoption of data-driven decision making systems, given the growing demand for profiles that can analyse data in large volumes, from diverse sources, at high speed and with unprecedented flexibility. All this is a differentiating factor that has an impact on the performance and competitiveness of companies.
FLEXMAN Methodology - 4 complementary sessions
Under the Flexman methodology based on experiential learning and the training-action model, this programme will present concepts, use cases, interactive workshop facilitation and group work to identify future projects and applications to boost the adoption of digital technologies and solutions.
Through the 4 complementary sessions, given by experts in the different fields, the following topics will be addressed:
- Data Visualisation Tools for Business Intelligence (4th October)
- IoT architectures for industry. Preparing for Scalability (10th October)
- Exploitation of machine-process data (I) (18th October)
- Exploitation of machine-process data (II) (19th October)
Aimed at:
- People in the organisation who play a key role in the promotion and application of technological innovation in processes, products and/or services.
- People with different functions: management, specialists with operational functions, coordination, manufacturing technicians, technical office, among others.
More Information
- The conference is free of charge.
- The sessions will all be in person at TECNALIA's headquarters (Laida Bidea, Edificio 204, Zamudio, Bizkaia)
- It is recommended to attend all four sessions although it is possible to attend them independently.
- Registration (registration form) must be completed for each of the sessions.
- Participation of 2 people from the same organisation is recommended.
- Upon completion of the programme, participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance.
Session I - Data Visualisation Tools for Business Intelligence
Objectives
- Learn how to select which data is relevant to business goals and obtain them.
- Know the main tools for developing visual scorecards.
- Define and implement views with the necessary data for different people according to their roles within the company.
Contents
- Scorecard: what are your indicators?
- How to prepare the data for correct interpretation.
- Data analysis tools such as Power BI and Grafana to support decision making and scorecard generation.
- Design and creation of scorecard-like visualisations of data.
- Definition of project proposals to implement the proposed strategy.
