DeepTech4Impact is the deep tech accelerator that unleashes all of TECNALIA's technological potential to give start-ups a boost
On 27th October, from 4pm, TECNALIA Ventures presents TECNALIA's deep tech start-up accelerator, DeepTech4Impact, which provides access to all its technological potential to help start-ups grow.
DeepTech4Impact is positioned as the first accelerator specialising in deep tech start-ups, offering them all of TECNALIA’s technological capabilities, a benchmark technology and applied research centre in Europe and a member of the Basque Research and Technology Alliance (BRTA).
Representatives of key players in the entrepreneurship ecosystem
The meeting will include speakers such as Leyre Madariaga, Director of Digital Transformation and Entrepreneurship in Eusko Jaurlaritza - Basque Government , Joseba Mariezkurrena, Director General of Entrepreneurship and Business Competitiveness at Bizkaia Provincial Council and Jesús Valero, Managing Director of TECNALIA, who will be in charge of welcoming and opening the meeting, respectively.
Furthermore, after the presentation of the differential characteristics of DeepTech4Impact, which will be led by Sergio Bandinelli, Business Development Director of TECNALIA Ventures, and Asier Maiztegi, Head of Business Development of the Decarbonisation of the Economy and Society Initiative of TECNALIA, there will be a round table discussion moderated by Asier Rufino, CEO of TECNALIA Ventures, with the participation of representatives of leading agents of the entrepreneurial ecosystem, sharing success stories in deep tech venture building in our environment.
Among others, Andrés Galnares, CEO of H2SITE; Jon Lasa, CEO of BRANKA SOLUTIONS; José María Busturia, CEO of Nautilus; and Josu Ibarzabal, Associate of RCD, will collaborate in this event.
First open call
The programme's first call for deep tech start-ups in the field of decarbonisationis open until 27th November.
- The future objective is to launch new regular calls in the following areas: smart manufacturing, energy transition, sustainable mobility, personalised health, urban ecosystem and circular economy.
