We foster the industrial manufacture of microfluidic devices
On 3rd December, our expert colleagues in biomaterials, Ane Ayerdi and Verónica Mora, Health researchers, will be giving the webinar: "Lab-on-a-Chip (LoC) technologies for biological monitoring: from enzyme activity in industrial fermentation processes to in vitro neuronal culture applications".
- This online workshop is part of the NextGenMicrofluidics initiative. It combines the competences of 21 companies and research organisations throughout the value chain in the development of lab-on-a-foil microfluidic systems.
- Furthermore, it offers services for the development and production of these systems to companies, ranging from start-ups to large-scale industry.
Industrial manufacture of microfluidic devices
This webinar will present the results of two demonstrators or use cases that TECNALIA has led:
- Microfluidic chips for neuronal cell culture and axon growth monitoring (Ane Ayerdi Izquierdo / TECNALIA).
- Monitoring of enzyme activity in industrial solid-state fermentation processes based on colourimetric LoC compatible with R2R manufacturing (Verónica Mora Sanz / TECNALIA).
The Microfluidics Innovation Hub (MIH) offers customers a single point of entry to a wide range of cutting-edge microfluidic technologies from Europe's leading research centres and companies.
**This webinar will be in English.
