The TECNALIA Ventures Entrepreneurs Club will hold an on-line talk with Lluís Chico, Partner and CEO of NEOS Surgery, Vice-President of Catalonia Bio&HealthTech and member of the Official Association of Industrial Engineers of Catalonia’s (COEIC) Health Engineering Committee under the title of “NEOS Surgery Case: Creation, Development and Scaling of a Technological Spin-Off”. The session will be led by Igor Aristizabal, Head of TECNALIA Invested Company Management.
The aim of this talk is to have the opportunity to discover the ins and outs of the venture building process carried out by the drivers of this company, TECNALIA and TECNALIA Ventures, with the support of EURECAT, have managed to connect the three pillars of the technology transfer to market process: technological capabilities, business-oriented people, and investors.

Entrepreneur, partner and CEO of NEOS Surgery, a medical device company specialised in R&D and the marketing of surgical implants worldwide. He has a highly successful business career: team building capacity, over €10 M of funding raised and marketing of a new cranial implant concept (with sales in excess of €8 M in USA, EU, Japan and China). He is also Vice-President of CataloniaBio & HT, the Association of Biotech/Medtech companies in Catalonia.
