KYKLOS 4.0 is an initiative that develops an innovative circular manufacturing ecosystem based on ground-breaking technologies such as CPS and IA, which are enhanced with innovative production mechanisms and algorithms, aimed at personalised products with a longer life-cycle; promoting efficient intra-factory production processes from the point of view of energy and low consumption of materials. This translates into a reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and air pollutants.
It offers an advanced circular manufacturing ecosystem by implementing management and assurance systems, augmented reality and artificial intelligence to achieve operational efficiency, while seeking to finance innovative solutions that improve current digital production processes. The actions to be carried out must be aligned with the following characteristics: Cyber-physical systems, Product lifecycle management, Life cycle analysis, Augmented reality, Artificial intelligence, Circular manufacturing, Big Data and data management, Deep learning, and Decision support systems.
