In 2017 our Innovation Office launched the ORAINN programme, an initiative that offers SMEs an Innovation Manager who joins the company part-time and gets involved in its daily work, alongside the team, in orderto help face current innovation needs and challenges in the near future, to make the business more innovative and competitive.
This initiative may be of interest to SMEs: from the smallest with less than 50 employees, to the largest with over 100 employees.
ORAINN enables you:
- To implement and systematise a result-oriented innovation model that adapts to SMEs
- To support the development and progress of innovation projects that are started up.
- To boost the technological side of innovation projects.
- To create or strengthen a way of working that generates ideas based on internal and external sources of information.
- To generate or strengthen the company's innovation culture.
- To help prioritise innovation projects to be developed in the company.
Two companies participating in this programme, who had a positive experience, and managers from TECNALIA's Innovation Office will inform the companies of all the details and the results obtained, and will answer any questions there may be.
