Advances in road and rail noise barrier testing and certification - CE Marking - European Technical Assessment (ETA)
TECNALIA offers mandatory certifications in the field of road traffic noise reduction devices. TECNALIA focuses on the CE marking in accordance with the UNE-EN 14388 product standard. TECNALIA’s comprehensive approach encompasses testing and assessing mechanical and noise performance, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
The TECNALIA acoustics laboratory is used to carry out acoustic tests in accordance with UNE-EN 1793-1 and UNE-EN 1793-2 standards, and mechanical tests in accordance with UNE-EN 1794-1 and UNE-EN 1794-2 standards. TECNALIA’s R&D technology services include simulations of new designs, giving technical advice on product development, evaluating installed screens and on-site campaigns to measure the effectiveness of noise barriers, etc.
