"Climate change is one of the greatest challenges facing humanity, due to its environmental, social and economic implications".
Sustainable transition and industrial competitiveness
Working methodically towards an economy with a low environmental footprint will not only avoid adverse environmental and socio-economic scenarios, but will also allow the multiple economic and social benefits linked to this process of change to be harnessed.
Sustainable transition is a very complex process that affects the entire value chain and all sectors of the economy. Additional layers of complexity have been added by the pandemic, geopolitical crises, and the energy crisis, which have led to successive economic crises.
The success of the sustainable transition in Europe and in our local environment will depend on our ability to become a pioneering experimentation territory in sustainability, enabling our companies to benefit from it in order to develop and compete in international markets.
