“Ingredalia develops gummies that include functional ingredients from by-products of the agri-food industry”
Ingredalia, a deeptech startup in which TECNALIA has a stake, has won the technological challenge organised by CAPSA VIDA at ANCES Open Innovation 2024
On Thursday, 16 April, Ingredalia took part in the final of the 7th ANCES Open Innovation 2024 in Madrid. The startup won the challenge organised by CAPSA VIDA and is now able to sign a contract with the company to continue developing gummies that include functional ingredients from by-products of the agri-food industry or upcycled products.
Capsa Vida (Central Lechera Asturiana) is a company that is committed to healthy, personalised and sustainable food of the future. At this event in La Nave de Madrid, Ingredalia wanted to show how it is possible to improve the health of people and animals and increase their welfare with circular economy and Food Tech.
The trailblazing company Capsa Vida picked the solution that the startup presented for their challenge, which focused on the search for opportunities in the functional ingredient value chain and in several different areas.
As well as Capsa Vida, Cinfa, Agropecuaria Dehesa Ardales, COVAP, Denso Ten, Evolutio, Iberdrola, Mundiplan, OPPLUS and Soltec were also involved.
The winning companies will now begin a stage of contacts that can end in the consolidation of a stable relationship with a trailblazing company, like Ingredalia with Capsa Vida.
