We are going one step further in the digitalisation of the user experience so that companies can access testing and R&D infrastructures remotely
TECNALIA has implemented an on-line platform so that companies can monitor their projects and access testing and R&D infrastructures remotely. It is aimed at bilateral projects, or in other words, those between TECNALIA and a company. It is another step forward in the digitalisation of the user experience which fosters direct communication with technical staff, efficient job management and permanent and safe access to information during projects and testing.
In these times, in which we face major challenges related to the situation generated by COVID-19, this digital tool, called myTecnalia, opens up a new communication channel with companies, facilitating project management, improving the flow of information and enabling the virtual monitoring of their projects at TECNALIA's technological facilities, without any need to visit them.
The digital platform can be accessed via computer, mobile phone or tablet and it is aimed at the companies with which the centre works, more than 7,400. In addition to work-related options, such as remote viewing of tests or project monitoring, it includes on-line request for quotes, order control, monitoring of the laboratory appointment calendar and a shared document repository. Furthermore, companies will be able to access specialised training and webinars developed by the expert technicians at the centre.
