The advantage of this solution is that it is modular and configurable, adapting to the characteristics of each machine and defining a footprint with the desired machine axes and indicators. Moreover, its operation is simple, as it is launched from the machine control by executing empty check cycles. The signal acquisition, algorithm for calculating indicators, comparison with reference values and recording of resultsare automatically activated.
Machine signal acquisition
This technology is based on capturing signals from the machine and comparing their values with reference values to detect anomalies in the machine's operation. The data visualisation platform enables users to access the footprint history of their machines to anticipate faults, optimise maintenance, avoid unwantedproduction stoppages and guarantee the quality of machined parts by ensuring the optimal condition of the machines.
