We have been able to create new products and functional ingredients
The Cluster Eguna is a sectoral event for the Basque food industry where we have the opportunity to present our latest innovations in food.
This years, we have presented healthy zero-mile seasonings, which were developed under the Ongailu initiative: Añana salt-based seasonings enriched with fibre and polyphenols, and obtained from by-products from cider houses and wine cellars in the Basque Country.
We also displayed products created through collaborations with Fresh Business using technologies that optimise the preservation and extraction of bioactive compounds by applying state-of-the-art technologies to local vegetable products. We have been able to create new products and functional ingredients.
We have offered tastings of our latest developments along with over 50 other companies in the sector.
