History of GESTAMP
Operating in more than 20 countries, Gestamp is devoted to the design, development and manufacture of metal components for the automotive industry. It is specialised in developing innovatively designed products to achieve increasingly safer and lighter vehicles, thereby reducing energy consumption and environmental impact.

In conjunction with Gestamp, we produce components for the automotive sector that address today’s environmental requirements.
To do so, we have used all of our knowledge to develop pioneering software that enables us to modify the manufacturing processes of automotive components and adapt them to more flexible, lighter and large scale materials.
Energy consumption, CO2 emissions and production costs
Smart software that also enables us to take dynamic and independent control of the temperature in order to fulfil the safety specifications of the lightened parts with different geometries, whilst maintaining their quality and metallurgical properties.
We have also succeeded in lightening the weight of the vehicles, reducing the wear of components and increasing their durability whilst maintaining the highest levels of safety.
