Objectives of the Expert Group of the Transfer and Partnership Plan
On 20 December 2022, the Council of Ministers approved the “Plan for Transfer and Collaboration: Science at the Service of Society”. For its governance and monitoring, a group of experts representing the public and private sector is required, who will help to carry out the assessment of all the measures.
This Expert Group will be formed under the existing committees of the Spanish Strategy for Science, Technology and Innovation 2021-2027 and the State Plan for Scientific and Technical Research and Innovation. It will be supported by independent assessors who will carry out the external analysis and assessment studies that are deemed necessary.
The aim of the plan is to strengthen the links between the public and private sectors in research, development and innovation, increase the socio-economic impact of public investment and boost the innovation capacity of our companies.
