Cajamar WeFood Forum, meeting point for the leading organisations in the agri-food sector

Our colleague Mª Carmen Villarán, Director of the Healthy Food Area participated in the Cajamar WeFood Forum, a meeting point for the leading organisations in the agri-food sector, in which they debated the future food and consumption 4.0 trends.

According to our expert in food, Mª Carmen Villarán, and due to the consumer's growing demand for more natural, functional and sustainable food with greater nutritional value, “the agri-food industry will need increasing collaboration from all of the agents of the sector, to bring together knowledge and technology and offer more innovative products, adapted to the consumer's demands.  Product quality will tend to prevail with respect to price”.
