“Best Doctoral Thesis 2023: New Blockchain-based Decentralised Platform Models”
Recognition of Excellence: Óscar Lage receives the IEEE Spain Blockchain Award for Best Doctoral Thesis 2023
Our colleague Óscar Lage has been awarded the most prestigious prize in his area of specialisation. The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Spain has granted him the IEEE Spain Blockchain Award for Best Doctoral Thesis 2023 for his outstanding contribution in the field of “New Blockchain-basedDecentralised Platform Models”.
Óscar had the honour of receiving this prestigious award in person last Friday during the IEEE Day in Madrid. This event commemorates the first meeting of electrical engineers held in the US in 1884 to attend the International Electrical Exposition in Philadelphia, which marked the beginning of today’s association.
This achievement is not only a testament to his dedication and hard work, but also a reflection of the level of excellence Óscar brings to our company in the field of blockchain technology.
