“Digitalisation of services is one of the main trends in the housing sector.”
Thanks to this collaboration, SMEs in the housing sector will be able to work with digital tools
Digitalisation of services is one of the main trends in the housing sector: virtual showrooms, dropshipping and live-streamed fairs, for example. To this end, TECNALIA signed an agreement with Otzarreta Think&Make. Thanks to this collaboration, SMEs in the housing sector will be able to work with digital tools that enable them to design and configure spaces and products.
Usually these digital tools are too costly for SMEs because of the endless combinations of products, materials and finishes available.
Cost reduction
With this exclusive system to create configurators, the process is automated and this reduces costs by a tenth. Furthermore, in some cases, companies may also request the help of Next Generation European funds, aimed at mitigating the economic consequences of the pandemic and speeding up digitalisation.
Next year TECNALIA will be carrying out joint webinars and presentations with Otzarreta Think&Make for various regional and national associations in the housing sector. The sector’s trends and, specifically, the advantages of digital configurators, will be presented.
