The system is based on custom-made sandwich panels and is designed for use in nearly zero-energy buildings (NZEB) or Passivhaus buildings.
The MULTIZERO system has been subjected to various tests in TECNALIA's Industry Labs, including reaction to fire, mechanical, hygrothermal, acoustic, thermal and durability tests, in order to assess compliance with the technical requirements of the Technical Building Code (CTE).
The production control to which the product and its components are subjected in the factory, and the installation process were assessed as part of the TC award process. Our technicians assessed the works carried out by LOBE in which this system was used.
Vertical façade cladding
The TC 082771 document issued assesses the suitability of the MULTIZERO self-supporting sandwich panel framing system for use as vertical façade cladding and interior partitioning. This was manufactured by Arquitectura Ingeniería, Construcción Lobe, S.A. and Multipanel Internacional Madrid S.L.
The Technical Conformity Report or TC is an assessment of the suitability for the intended use, issued by TECNALIA as an authorised body recognised by the CTE. It applies to innovative construction products. At the same time, it facilitates the implementation of these innovative products on the market, as it allows the main characteristics of the product evaluated and the evidence of compliance with the CTE to be easily provided to prescribers, control bodies and project managers.
