TECNALIA presents cross-cutting offer: digital twins of buildings, cities and infrastructure, as well as mobility solutions
The technology centre took part in Smart City Expo with a cross-cutting offer: digital twins of buildings, cities and infrastructure, as well as mobility solutions focusing on cities. With this offer, TECNALIA hopes to contribute to the positive transformation and development of the city and the region through a set of urban solutions that promote the smart city concept and the application of high-impact state-of-the-art technologies.
A large number of visitors came to the fair and many of them stopped by TECNALIA’s stand wanting to know more about our work.
Smart City Expo World Congress
Smart City Expo World Congress (SCEWC), which has been held in Barcelona since 2011, is the leading international event on cities. SCEWC seeks to create a better future for cities and citizens through the promotion of social innovation, the establishment of associations, and the identification of business opportunities.
Considering the declaration of the climate emergency issued by hundreds of bodies and jurisdictions around the globe, and that 55% of citizens live in urban areas, cities should lead the way to make the most of the value of nature, closing the gap of multidimensional inequality, and support a gas-free future.
