The 3R City Observatory (Rehabilitation, Regeneration, Renovation) is going to be presented, with a focus on municipalities. Proposals will be discussed to boost local rehabilitation strategies and plans with coordination between local governments who will align global objectives, funding, abilities and management.
We will attend the presentation, which is organised as part of the Spanish National Congress on the Environment (CONAMA Local), as a member of the Advisory Team and as a technological antenna in the Basque Country.
