Through the ORAINN Initiative, we offer Basque SMEs the opportunity to incorporate a person responsible for innovation part time in their company. This person's mission consists of:
- Implementing an innovation management model adapted to the needs of the company.
- This person will be involved in the day to day running of the SME.
- He/she will work with the company team to analyse how to address the current innovation needs and the future challenges, hence increasing its competitiveness.
For this purpose, the following functions will be carried out:
- Implement a systematic result-oriented innovation model adapted to the SME.
- Boost the technological side of innovation projects.
- Develop a system for generating ideas and a technological monitoring system.
- Help prioritise the innovation projects that are developed.
- Support the development of innovation projects.
- Develop an innovation culture within the company.
The TECNALIA SME Office will inform those companies interested in this initiative so that they can develop and maintain ongoing innovative activity.
This initiative is aimed at companies with up to 150 employees.
