Practical session on robotic tele-ultrasound: hands-on experimentation with robot-assisted ultrasound
On 3rd July, several practical experimentation sessions in robot-assisted ultrasound will be held at Santa Marina Hospital (Bilbao).
These one-hour sessions offer the opportunity to learn about and test this innovative remote ultrasound solution developed by the Pedro Nunes Institute (IPN).

These experts will present and demonstrate the possibilities of a robotic tele-ultrasound solution in its application to training and/or remote ultrasounds.
Organised in small groups, the sessions have an eminently practical content, offering all participants the possibility to experiment with the robotic solution. They will be held between 10.30am and 4pm (each lasting one hour).
Aimed at:
- Doctors interested in the application of robotics to ultrasound and new technologies.
- Participants who attend the session and fill in the form that will be shared with them at the end of the session, will receive a certificate of participation.
Practical session by the European TRAINR4U project (Training Course in Clinical Abdominal Ultrasound | EIT Health) and with the collaboration of Santa Marina Hospital.
