ABOUT THE COURSE
The Professional Scrum Product Owner course provides a solid base in Scrum and in the essential principles and techniques for agile product management.
During the course, you will learn about Scrum, its mechanics, devices and roles. The course then teaches students how to use Scrum to optimise value, productivity and the total cost of handling products using Scrum.
The course covers all of the topics related to the Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I) and Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) certification, which will be obtained individually after the course has been completed.
Students base their learning on the contents introduced by the trainer, through reflections on the concepts in real contexts, and just as importantly, through group exercises which enable them to exchange their points of view and compare the approaches and feasibility of the solutions put forward to the problems posed.
Scrum.org is responsible for updating the curriculum and the materials for the Professional Scrum Product Owner courses and only selects qualified instructors to give this course. Each instructor offers his/her own experience and knowledge of implementing Scrum, whilst all of the students learn the same contents. Therefore, the possibility of obtaining the Professional Scrum Product Owner I and II certification, and using Scrum in the real world is increased.
