Within the framework of the FOODTECH fair, we will celebrate a workshop whose objective is to reflect and know at first hand the breakthroughs that have taken place in the natural ingredients field.
This workshop will gather a list of relevant companies in the food industry. They will expound their latest developments in the field of ingredients and will serve as a basis for the creation and development of food of the future.
We will also present INGREDALIA, a new technology-based company recently launched by TECNALIA, which will develop functional and natural ingredients for the food industry.
Finally, you will learn about our latest developments in the field of natural ingredients through our colleague Dr. Mª Carmen Villaran, Director of the Healthy Food Area.
