TECNALIA is presenting its latest technological innovations based on the production of personalised ingredients, food and food supplements
On 17-19 May, TECNALIA attended the Food 4Future exhibition for the second year running. It is an international technological event where the latest innovations and technological solutions that are transforming the food industry are showcased.
TECNALIA shared several success stories aimed at the areas of sport, neuroprotection and food allergies, as well as new innovative food formats, natural sweeteners and new alternative sources of sustainable protein.
In the field of digitalisation, TECNALIA’s web platform, KAYROX, was presented, inviting visitors to experience healthy eating laboratories, as well as innovations for the robotics and automation industries, with a collaborative robot developed for substance control and handling.
Participation of TECNALIA in Food4Future
Several TECNALIA experts took part in round tables addressing the latest trends in food of the future. Aránzazu Bereciartua, Unai Antero and Belén Martínez of Industry and Mobility, and María Chávarri and the Director of the Healthy Food Area, Mari Carmen Villarán were able to take part in the round tables and offer their knowledge, together with leading food companies such as Multiscan Technologies, Fruselva and Grupo La Caña, to name but a few.
