Ingredients and food of the future in the food industry

Discover the advances being made in natural ingredients through renowned experts

Jon Ander Egaña, Manager of the Basque Food Cluster, and Eduardo Bizkarra, Managing Director of Panaderías Bizkarra will present us with the most innovative ingredients, which are being developed for their use in the food industry, at the conference on 29th November. Furthermore, their importance for the development of food of the future will be conveyed to us.

 Eduardo Cotillas Provencio and Nuria Bañuelos Prieto from the Department of Biotechnology, Health Technologies and Agri-food at the CDTI will explain the funding opportunities in initiatives of this sector.

It is a meeting point to increase the competitiveness of the Basque food industry, focusing on health and specifically designed for the Basque Country's strategic sector.
