TECNALIA colleague Ekain Fernández presents H2BASQUE project for the development of innovative technologies to produce green hydrogen
The Basque Hydrogen Sector Forum, organised by the Basque Energy Cluster, was held on 19 November at Bilbao Exhibition Centre (BEC). More than 150 Basque companies, technology centres and universities attended the event.
Ekain Fernández, Head of Hydrogen Technology at TECNALIA, together with Francisco Javier Sánchez, of the Spanish Hydrogen Centre, presented the challenges and opportunities facing the development and scaling up of electrolysers.
Ekain Fernández also presented the Elkartek H2BASQUE project, coordinated by TECNALIA and aimed at developing innovative technologies to generate green hydrogen. Tubacex Innovación, Cidetec, CIC EnergiGUNE, University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), Tekniker, Petronor Innovación and the Basque Energy Cluster are also taking part in the project.
