Protein fraction encapsulation processes
At TECNALIA we collaborate with the CRESCERE initiative to research encapsulation processes of protein fractions, by microencapsulation capillary vibration technologies, and the relevant in vitro studies on gastrointestinal simulation and bioavailability for protein fractions and/or encapsulations.
