On 29th May, we contrasted two developments focused on energy efficiency and flexibility in the commercial rented sector.
The developments presented are the result of the SmartSpin project, which has generated a new business model to improve energy efficiency and flexibility in the commercial rented sector.
The innovative SmartSpin business model integrates the latest concepts and advanced technologies in smart energy services that are available on the market, along with other non-energy services.
Project tools and findings
Throughout the seminar, we presented the main findings of the project and two digital tools generated as a result of it and then we discussed their feasibility and usability advantages thanks to the contributions of companies like VIUDA DE SAINZ, TECMAN, ALOKABIDE, KORA LIVING, SERVEO, GEURIA INGENIERÍA, EVE, R2M, EDP, DEUSTO UNIVERSITY, AMICYF with the support ofBUILD INN.
Contributions from participants
We received valuable input on prediction times, data input, possible combinations with other comfort and health parameters in building, potential uses and the importance of reflecting significant energy savings.
This type of experience helps us to test and validate our projects, making our work more precise and customer-focused.
