Strengthening our commitment to building more diverse and inclusive environments
TECNALIA, together with Petronor, Mutualia and Siemens Gamesa, has signed the European Diversity Charter in Bilbao. It involves supporting a series of commitments to gender equality and the incorporation of diversity as strategic and competitiveness factors in these companies.
The Charter was signed as part of the activities that took place before the 1st Basque Congress on Equal Treatment and Non-Discrimination, in the Basque Government's assembly hall in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The Basque Business Confederation (Confebask) supported the event.
Rafael Ruiz, Human Resources Manager at TECNALIA, declared at the event that “this commitment shows our intention to support gender equality, and to strengthen this commitment we are carrying out specific actions as part of our Equality Plan, which we are currently working on.”
