Design and development of a supervision platform and a state-of-the-art communications system for a smart port that enables the safe operation of automated vehicles alongside the management of loading and unloading operations within the global traffic in the port.
Main characteristics:
- Communications system that minimises latencies and optimises the previously defined profiles and routes.
- Adaptation of the port infrastructure to move towards a Smart Port based on efficient communication between the port elements, highlighting that of the vehicle with the control centre. In this way, the control centre will be able to safely operate the vehicle remotely in conjunction with the port authority in the event of an emergency.
