Asset for the integrated predictive maintenance of STS cranes, which are critical in the functioning of ports. It enables the detection, identification and prediction of fault modes in the cranes, optimising their maintenance.
As part of the increased efficiency process, through the digitalisation of the port facilities called port 4.0, one of the key elements are STS cranes for the loading and unloading of containers; in which the incorporation of predictive maintenance technologies is key for operational improvements.
This asset has been developed in conjunction with Zeuko and offers significant operating and economic benefits in port activity, providing information to significantly reduce unscheduled stoppages and optimise preventive maintenance.
The asset carries out the integrated monitoring of the crane (mechanical, structural and electric components, among others) and incorporates advanced SHM instrumentation technologies, IoT and AI for fault detection and prediction.
