Better training of operators to reduce assembly times of the different tools required for the manufacture of the springs and to reduce errors during fine-tuning.
With the aim of addressing one of the most important aspects identified by RPK and achieving the appropriate product quality, an augmented reality application has been integrated in the system as a training and tele-assistance tool for the adjustment and fine-tuning of specific tools (carts and tools) by reference.
This project enables:
- Training in the workplace.
- Real-time attendance.
- Creation of new contents.
- An innovative software tool to be available that allows augmented reality contents to be generated and managed.
- New technological capabilities to be provided that enable augmented reality technologies to be incorporated.
