We carry out sinusoidal vibration, random vibration, bump and jolt tests.
During their useful life, electrical and electronic equipment and components are subjected to vibrations and bumps during operation and/or transportation.
Therefore, manufacturers and distributors need to assess and validate their reliability, performance and structural integrity in order to comply with the regulations.
Fulfilment of these requirements must be ensured from the design of the equipment, so we have the necessary skills and tools to accompany manufacturers from the early stages of product design.
At times, electronic equipment is subjected to mechanical disturbances. Equipment that has to be used on a train or transported by road will undergo more or less random vibrations, along with bumps and jolts.
On the other hand, some equipment will be installed in areas with a high level of seismic activity(modelled with low frequency sinusoidal vibrations) and it will be vital that they continue to function even in the presence of such phenomena.
All of these situations must be evaluated before they occur.
