Diving wetsuits and surf suits marketed in the European Union (EU) must bear the CE marking as required by Regulation (EU) 2016/425 of the European Parliament and of the Council, as these products are considered Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in Europe and therefore must comply with the essential health and safety requirements set out in the regulation for them to be marketed.
